I have been training with David for a little over six weeks now and I’m really blown away by the results. Before starting, I consistently had lower back pain. We’ve targeted that area with a series of core exercises and I’m happy to report that my pain has virtually disappeared! I’ve never worked with a trainer before, having followed my own routines with mixed results. David’s sessions are built around my fitness goals but consistently push me beyond what I would ever do on my own. Plus the types of exercises we do are unique and engaging. As a result my level of fitness and flexibility has increased quickly and I’m certain it is just a matter of time before I reach my goals!

was way overweight and I hadn’t done any real exercise in years. I’m
not going to lie, it was *hard* when I started. My body was not used
to the work. However, David knew how to ease me into the workout so I
was making progress but wouldn’t get discouraged with the hard work.
After the first few weeks I started noticing slight improvements.
Maybe I could do a couple more situps or the weight I was lifting
increased a little. It was really, really encouraging.
